The Business Operations and Site Support department’s goal is to provide professional, reliable and innovative customer service through hard work in a team environment from friendly, responsive members who are dedicated to the educational needs of our students and support of our staff.
The Business Operations and Site Support Department is responsible for financial services, payroll services, account payables, budgeting, transportation services and student attendance. Business Operations and Site Support ensures the District complies with state laws and regulations regarding financial accountability and reporting. This department also coordinates contracted services, interacts with outside agencies and financial institutions, and prepares and presents board, community and staff reports.
Business Operations and Site Support also conducts financial, operational, performance, and compliance audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and the efficiency of operations. It serves as the liaison between the District and external auditors.
