THIS WEEK AT JKMS!
Parents thank you so much for helping us to have a successful week of testing. Please let your child know how proud we are of them. Our students took testing very seriously and gave it their all, I am truly proud of each and every one of them! We will have CAASPP makeup days next week.
We have five more weeks of school to go! As we wrap up the school year we will continue to stress the importance of Respect and Productivity!
Respect
We are teaching our students not only how to be respectful to one another but how to interrupt disrespect when they see it. “If you see something, say something”. This message is resonating with our students. And they have begun to report disrespectful behavior campus-wide. Parents, we need your support as well. If you are aware of impending conflict, or disrespectful behavior please reach out to us. Together we can, whatever it takes, no excuses!
Productivity
It is our goal to ensure that teaching and learning continue through the last day of school. Please make sure that your student is present every day, and please continue to check Aeries regularly to stay up-to-date on your child’s academic progress.
Report Cards
Our system was down this week, which caused a delay in grading report card distribution. As soon as our system is fully restored we will begin mailing progress reports home.

ESTA SEMANA EN JKMS!
Padres, muchas gracias por ayudarnos a tener una semana exitosa de pruebas. Por favor, hágale saber a su estudiante lo orgullosos que estamos de ellos. Nuestros estudiantes tomaron las pruebas muy en serio y lo dieron todo, ¡estoy realmente orgullosa de todos y cada uno de ellos! Tendremos días de recuperación de CAASPP la próxima semana.
¡Tenemos cinco semanas más de clases por delante! ¡Al concluir el año escolar, continuaremos enfatizando la importancia del Respeto y la Productividad!
Respeto
Estamos enseñando a nuestros estudiantes no sólo cómo ser respetuosos unos con otros, sino también cómo interrumpir la falta de respeto cuando la ven. “Si ves algo, di algo”. Este mensaje está resonando con nuestros estudiantes. Y han comenzado a reportar comportamientos irrespetuosos en todo el campus. Padres, también necesitamos su apoyo. Si tiene conocimiento de un conflicto inminente o de un comportamiento irrespetuoso, comuníquese con nosotros. ¡Juntos podemos, cueste lo que cueste, sin excusas!
Productividad
Es nuestra meta asegurar que la enseñanza y el aprendizaje continúen hasta el último día de clases. Asegúrese de que su estudiante esté presente todos los días y continúe visitando Aeries regularmente para mantenerse actualizado sobre el progreso académico de su estudiante.
Boletas de Calificaciones
Nuestro sistema no funcionó esta semana, lo que provocó un retraso en la distribución de las boletas de calificaciones. Tan pronto como nuestro sistema esté completamente restaurado, comenzaremos a enviar informes de progreso a casa.
