Dixon Unified School District (DUSD) is committed to open and transparent negotiations with our labor partners. Through collective bargaining, we work collaboratively to ensure competitive compensation, robust benefits, and fair working conditions for our employees, while upholding our responsibility to fiscal stewardship and the education of every student.

Enrollment Projection
- Enrollment is expected to be relativley flat over the next few years
- Assumption – ADA budgeted at 945.5% of enrollment
- Funded ADA will continue to decline yet be more stable by 2026-27.
